Who made you the censor? The beauty of the forums is that everyone is free to post whatever they want. And when someone feels down because a loved one has died, then they may post a thread about that, it's their choice to do so.
If you don't think it's right, then don't post on these threads. But don't go round telling people off for using the forums as they feel fit, it's their right!

I've known a guy from Canada for almost 5 years
and he's been there for me since day one;
he's seen me through breakups and new beginnings.
He's also been there to share in the heartaches
of teen dating,the heartaches of being a single
parent.But he's been there because he's a FRIEND.
Do might I suggest you choose your words
carefully before posting...JMO.

Arent you a compassionate soul.
The thread was about a past lover, we all have them. Just because a relationship is over does not mean that we are not affected by the persons passing, we may not love that person in the same way anymore but they were, and sometimes remain, an important part of our lives.
People draw comfort were they can when they are hurting, I have seen it many times on here and indeed have drawn on the friends I have made here many times myself.
A dating site, yes, but also a place for adults to interact and if need be to share hurt, pain, joy.
