Life is a journey full of ups and downs and along the way we learn from them.. 
Don't rush time though, as we must cherish the little time we have and most important of all, remember the good things..

Try to find things you feel grateful for so you dont feel so negative..When I have a down day I go for a walk and enjoy the sunshine, nature and just focus on something good..Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day for you

It would be lovely if life was "black and white", but it isnt, its mostly grey, and we make our way through it learning, making mistakes,and having "up and downs". Having the ability to think laterally,learning to sweep aside the annoying little things in life,and enjoying the things around you with a smile on your face helps.Dont wish time away, as an individual you are special, as we all are, so enjoy just being you.

we live is just for live, just for experiencing all this kind of good things and bad things...big things and tiny things....hope time can fly a little faster..........then I can become a little older again..........silly huh....

Boredom comes from a lack of a goal. if one will have something they wish to achieve and work toward it....then boredom is removed.
With a burnig desire to get somewhere or to get something or to do something......then you will find time is short and life is also.
Find what you want from life and plan to it. Then get busy...enjoy the growing.

hi Amanda I sometimes feel like this but dont want to feel this way for more than 10 minutes... so I always start the day by laughing in the morning tho there's nothing funny to laugh about. Im sometimes silly even when Im alone so if I couldnt find anything to laugh about, I just face the mirror and make funny faces...
but if u dont feel like doing silly things just think positive especially when u first wake up, by that you are attracting positive things too... I read it somewhere that the universe is an attract-attract position, you think positive, you get positive; you think negative, you feel negative.
hope ur room will be lit with rays of hope and an abundance of sunshine.. life is too beautiful not to be appreciated despite the pain it gives

lol...this is Chinese pinyin of the characters, they are two Chinese idoms which only contains four characters each but means a lot...
yukuwulei means one is too sad to cry out, wants to cry but cant' cry out....
yuyuhuanxiu means one wants to speak but don't know what to say, express don't know where to start to speak and what to say....
Chinese language has a lot traditional idioms, most with four characters, it can describe things deep and exact and....I like to use that in Chinese but they are not easy to translate into English and even you translate, the tastes has been changed.

I am sorry you're feeling down today, but remember two things, first, there are many who are in a far worse position in life than you, and second and maybe more importantly, you have experienced this sad boring feeling before, you then passed through this phase in your life and things became bright and better for you. Learn from that experience, and you will find that a day like today will pass quickly and tomorrow you know in your heart will be another day filled with joy, one which you can share with your child as you eat mooncakes.

very funny advice indeed...I'm very easy to jump out of those down days too...tell you the truth I also faced the mirror and made funny faces before....but a long time ago.... Indeed, sometimes I feel that's really true, when you think positive you get positive, you think negative you get negative.
In fact my unhappy was really due to very tiny things...too shy to say....ok tell you one bad thing which happened yesterday....
The other day, I found a worm in my home, so I bought chemicals to kill them, I worn a mask and spill it all my home and then close all the doors and windows....I thought in this way they would all die....yes I didn't see that for quite a few days but yesterday I found one again...I am very afraid of that kind of insect, very sick....I never allow that in my home....everytime when I see that I feel shock and terrible.....so I used that chemicals again on that cupboard and you know that smell terrible...and it was last evening....I had to stay in....
I didn't sleep untill midnight last night....I read magazines while go to the kitchen to see if there is still that bad insects....no one and till now no one....I think I am victory in the fight against the insects.....
I remember when I was in my ex company, a lady dared to kill that insects with her hands!! I admire her very much....I dare not to do that for my whole life I think....with her hands... I wish I could be brave like her....
