That is Brad - - click on the photo with his name & you'll see the exact photo you pointed out.
The number #1 used photo is of James-Bill. Number 2 is John. John has actually been interviewed by an administrator of a romance scam site, which is viewable on the internet(I don't know the address at the moment).
There are currently some women from that site in the top-rated here at C.S. also(their stolen photos, that is)
