Just hope it was sweet potatp pie, with jamaica seasoning.

Well done!! Gonna share your "experimental" recipe with us? They are often the best ones...where you just look in your cupboard and keep chucking stuff in until the pan's full!!

Naah.. just trying to feed my son's & give them the recipeMy mom & Gran gave me it's good!
Sweet potatoes, mixed beans, pork belly strip, garlic, one onion, can of toms, a potatoe and a good dollop of honey. In the slow cooker all day.
Leftovers add curry paste and greek yogurt.
Works for me but then I eat fried Christmas Puuding with a egg on top! :)

How about,
Courgettes sliced thin, mushrooms sliced thin, one garlic sliced thin fried in oyster sauce.
Smoked mackrell, fried in olive oil served bewteen two slices of thin bread well toasted covered in gooseberry jelly!
Two large open mushrooms, packed with anchovies and butter, tied together and roasted.
Ok! Maybe not that weird. But after a few beers a crunchy peanut butter and marmite sandwich is a life saver!
