Losty: Just heard of the death of Ireland's foremost heart doctor at the age of 73.
When we talk about people being lifesavers we may use it a little lightly but this man was just that. His medical skills saved a great many people's live and gave a far superior quality of life to thousands more Irish people and their over the years, my own brother included.
This man will rest in peace and by God, he deserves it.

I saw some guy on the news say he preformed over 15,000 successful operations throughout his career, He was amazing

Didn't like that about him, he was a bit arrogant, full of criticism but short on alternatives. He'll be remembered for his skills on the operating table though.
