Rolltide8102: I did confront them and they are threatening to file a report against me for telling people they still lie and pawn stolen items they said it is slander. But in the same breath admited to steeling from me and pawning what they had stole. I told them they were dead to me.

Rolltide8102: If you knew someone for a long time and you just found out they had been steeling from you and pawning what they stole. What would you do? How would you deal with this person?
People like this aren't real friends, so I personaly would be reporting them to the Police and getting them their just deserts..........

Go to their house and steal their stuff. When they confront you, lie about it.

Apoligise for Stealing from them in the first place
Change locks on doors and tell them they are no longer my friend and not to come near me or my property ever again or the authorities will become involved. This person will have to hit rock bottom and it is up to them which path they take.

amahlala: I would have them arrested and press charges, go to court. This is not a friend, this is a user.
My son had problems with someone he thought was his best friend. The friend stole a bass guitar that belonged to my son and pawned it. Things got to a point where my son had to put a restraining order against the so called friend. He never did get the guitar back or payment for it.
Myself, steal something of mine.......no more friendship. I'll be looking for payment one way or another
