Hey gorgeous. I do sometimes feel sad at christmas, but thats the pessimist in me wondering how many i have left
To me Christmas is just about my children. And seeing them excited is reward enough.
Without them i probably wouldnt even celebrate it.

Christmas is bitter sweet for me. I look forward to the gathering of family around me. The meal we share together and the love that surrounds us. And then.......I miss my mum and papa and my husband. To the point I feel like I am going to 
I try not to show it I do not want to spread my feelings like a bad disease. I am sitting in my home that I live in alone with a big six foot tree in it. Smells beautiful and each ornament has a story. I look at it lit up at night and it can actually bring tears to my eyes. I will be grateful when christmas comes and my family is here and we can add another memory. You are not alone feeling like this Zante

I don't have the family and friends as you do..
and I also get lomely and sad...
If it is any concilation...
were you not so far away..
I'd be at your house in a flash and
you and I could comfort each other..
but for now..
I guess I got to just mope along and hope for a miracle..

Christmas time gets me down sometimes too. I miss being with family and hearing childrens laughter. But most of all it's depressing when you can't spend the holidays with the one who makes your heart melt. Wish I were there with her.

I do over Christmas and New year my parents passed away, my mother January 2009 and our family have all found it so different, you think of all those family gatherings we had at Christmas ,it does not feel the same, but one must remember the great memories that they gave our family, so think of them memories of family this Christmas, and i think a smile will come to you at the thought of the memories, a Merry Christmas to you all.

You are alive, with many friends and family to hug and to love and they love you back more than one can imagine.

My brothers wife passed away right before Christmas last year so we are not putting up decorations this year,it makes him to sad.
But i am loving Christmas at work,i sing to the music,laugh and cut up with the customers,its a blast.Theirs always next year..hopefully with someone very special.
It is a lonely and sad time of the year for a lot of people,my heart goes out to them.Lets hope 2011 will bring them peace and happiness!

hey peeps ...xmas for me is usually a time for wonderful family gatherings..boozy nights out/in with friends...cosy nights in wae lots of chocolate..this year I wish I could sleep right through it too ill to enjoy it this year... ..roll on next xmas..

Planned a big dinner,
party favors, drinks, a giant ham and all the fixings..
I bought presents for everybody..
and the only ones who showed up were
