Honesty is the best Policy, I dont have the rest of the answer, and maybe being open i just too quickly said, maybe it runs some off befor they even ger to know you, so maybe not be quite so quick to that point.....I just dont know, wish I was more help..

Yup ....these dating sites can be frustrating for sure ....
I've finally come to a conclusion that the reason I've been passed-over is because I'm so damn handsome it intimidates all living females ..........

As long as we are alive Chip, there are no words such as "too long" in the search of someone to love and to be loved by. You do not seem to be a man to connect with critisism. In any fashion.
My advice is for you to wait with your personal confessions until you feel there is a mutual interest between the two of you. To tell you the truth, you do speak of your illness as being a disability, do not. I know it is a male thing. Most women look at it differently.
You will find her. Stay honest and nice, you can do that without rushing into explanations about issues, that may look non overcome able to you, but at the end of the day and for the one who falls in love with you look upon it as nothing to get conserned about.

I don't know that the dating sites are the best place to look for anyone.
I bet if you and Chippewa go out together and just visit with people you may find there are more women who will be charmed by you than you might believe right now. Just be the real you and they will be impressed.

I gave up over a year ago. I'm fine with it. I have loved and loved truly. Once you give up (55 & over) you'll find a great weight lifted and a true sense of freedom. I'm not saying that I wouldn't mind cuddling up with a nice woman now and then, it's just no longer a priority.
