Tonight I am going to soak my feet in the bath until my toenails are soft. Then I am going to bit them down to size one by one and spit the bits in the general direction of the sink.

My daughter prepares the lasagna when we are going to have company, otherwise it is such a big dish for a single person. She has a favorite chef from whom she follows his recipes. I will ask my daughter about the link in internet meanwhile here is a green lasagna recipe.
I do change the recipes, less cheese, les fat, etc...
Myself I do prefer Pesto, red from the south of Italia or the traditional green Genovese.
I do have a simple recipe for another "pesto" but since it is not made with Basil we call it Pasto (green). This is an invention from a close friend.
In a blender place Olive oil and sour cream (the ratios you like)and Parsley lots, a garlic clove, some salt and blend it. You got your PEsto. Mix it with a pasta cocked al dente, some parmiggiano cheese on top (I do prefer Padano)and yummy!!!
