Juneau: Phoned electrician today and they mend lamps, but not lava lamps (and it would have cost £16 just for the labour ) I am going to give it one last chance, with another bulb (the 5th new bulb in the last 3 months!), from a different manufacturer.
Can't you just stick it up in your loft and forget about it? Then hopefully, in the future you will have a stunning boyfriend talk to hand that also is an electrician applause

Or did you not think of slipping the electrician that came to test your circuit, a fiver or even a tenner to sort your lamp out dunno

hmmm Have ya tried rubbing it J... the lamp that is... you never know what you'll get frog .. Oh dear, not seen him in sometimeuh oh well you tried and that's the main thing.. God loves a trier...laugh
