Single men are the same though no?
Most of us whether male or female are able to look after ourselves, some with more of a struggle financially, particularly if they have dependant children.
For me it´s when I´m feeling a little ill and sorry for myself, or wanting to talk about the working day at the end of it, that I miss a partner. However, I always remind myself that many women are iving with men...and men with women....who take no interest in their partner´s day or give tlc when needed.

Yes, but he needs to be grown up and so many arent't. Need? or want? i do both. i have no other use for the car but to go visit her or take her out. she and the kids. The house! i only used the kitchen, the bathroom and the sofa before she came but now i'm extending the house for her. i don't drink out with guys nor smoke and besides the tax and the bills, i have no further use for the money. i live for her but your opinions are now making me nervous.
