I hope that they rebuild the buildings to outlast disasters this time. Also curious to know what they will do about all the misplaced people.

I think my point was mis-interpeted...Baby Doc was a bloody dictator who was kicked out and now has returned.
I do not think it is for the better...

This time Baby Doc went to France and came from France. He was delivered by a Air France aircraft to Port A Prince.

Yes the hope and change for Haiti is on it's way.
frustrated

"Duvalier has returned, so we will have a real country now. We are glad that he is here to restore the country's image," said Ronald Brevil, 25, who had earlier rushed to the airport to see the leader he never knew.

Those who never read and understand history are destined to repeat it. Oh well. To each his own.

I admire the work Sean Penn is doing in Haiti...He has vowed to stay until the country is rebuilt and determined to keep international eyes on Haiti wine

So sad that they are in such despair, turmoil and poverty that they will let this autocratic killing machine back on their soil. He was supposed to be exiled for life ...sigh

This is how Haiti has changed for something better...they are actually making noise about taking him to jail! It will be interesting to see if they do.

I wonder if Baby Doc is thinking "oops, coming back here wasn't a good move on my part!"
