i think that nowdays giving up the consumption of these chemicals is simply impossible since they are in everything we eat and there are a lot of people who make a killing at the expense of all others even strogen and testosterone are drugs so why not adapt to life gradually.

Well, most links offered on this site on any given subject are myopic or specious at best. I must admit, I gave up on most of them long ago because so many lacked any form of balance.
