Picked up some guy walking on the interstate highway once. He had ran out of gas. He went on yapping about his personal problems and informed me he had a gun on him and he felt suicidal.
My prayer was that he keep feeling suicidal...given the other option.
Haven't picked up anyone since. That was 10 years ago.
PS: He got his gas, btw.
