I think he was pointing more towards the control behind the scenes, not so much a debate. you cant debate the hidden or the untouchable.
at least that's what i got from it? although i've known for years who was pulling some of the strings, he just re-enforced most of my belief and theories/suspicions

Wasn't ranting. I wish to know but don't have time to waste listening to an entire hour of stuff just to see what you are talking about.
If I were going to explain something complicated to you I certainly wouldn't refer you to a book and expect you to read it cover to cover so, would point out certain passages and explain how they tied in with my beliefs and what I felt was going on.
You on the other hand expect me to sit through an hour long vid without citing the timeliness where your point is justified.
Which led me to point out that conspiracy theorists rely heavily on videos for some reason. Possibly because passages cannot be held up for examination and fact checking. which is why I asked for timelines and explanations of what each was.
Or, you could just provide a transcript.

It's a Catch 22, what IS the truth? What we're fed by a mega media that has systematically bought out the little newspaper for a one way information push or how to find the real facts that are slithering away in the brush?

While I may not agree with everything this guy says... perhaps it does come down to the fundamental difference in personality types and how they function and influence within any particular situation.

You missed the point Gin. I never said one was better but rather that if he was to read all the books and all the news articles in all the world they would refute that one hour long video.
However, I hardly expect him to do so so why on earth would he expect me to waste an hour of my life watching any vid that any person posts here on this site without citing exactly what portion is applicable to their argument after posting their explanation of what I am going to see.

Well why not? It's called breaking out of our preconceived notions, how can you refute something without even knowing what it is? You won't watch an hour video, but you'll go on for an hour defending a position that may be outlandish considering that you are uninformed and refuse to look at something you intuit might go against your mind set.
