SidneyWells: Have been putting more importance in colors i normally wear,i believe colors have a powerful influence right from a simple evening date to how my carrier develops,a quarrel with a spause may have simply been sparked by an ugly color your wearing.A job promotion or demotion may easily be attributed to your favourite color,if your boss has recently been picking on you its better you change your colors.
So whats your favourite color and why?lol
Black's my fave colour, closely followed by grey and dark brown. I'm a dark person by nature, so doesn't do for me to be swanning around in pastel or bright colours. In fact I feel drained and sick if I wear light colours.So whats your favourite color and why?lol

Purple is my fave colour followed by blues and greens...Of course I make like the locals and dress in white in the summer months as white deflects heat

This thread is very revealing and its not something I have thought about really. I tend to wear what I like. My fave colours to wear are white, black, navy, all shades of blue and pink
. Are they a good match for fairly rugged but sallow skin 
and if not what would be. I tan easily.

Yellow green and orange that pulls towards the yellow could also look good ... may be more when you're tanned

Thanks EW, I have to say I really dont like green except on a golf course
I do wear orange occassionally but as I said I never really thought about what suits me, I have always chosen what I liked as opposed to what would look well for my heighT or my skin or whatever A couple of posts got me thinking.------ This thread is Archived ------

Don't tell anyone this but once a very long time ago I had a jumper a particular shade and tone of green and I noticed people asked me if I was ok whenever I wore it. So I checked more carefully in the mirror and realised it made me look ill....
Sooooooooooooooooooooo one day I was tired and fancied a day off work .................. so I wore THAT jumper (knowing it would do nothing for me as I felt already tired). When I got to work they took one look at me and sent me home ... And I got to rest which I needed!!!

It's dark, drab and door colours for me. Don't do yellows, reds, pinks, oranges etc. Predominantly it's dark blue, sometime with the odd light blue or white shirt in the summer time. And those days are rare ....

OMG! we are evil twins...I used to have an old pukey green sweater when I worked at Bell. It looked crap on me so I would wear it when I wanted to squiggle out of work
