well, as usual, i don't know what the offense was about.
But hope Mags is making useful time in jail. No soap dropping and doing community service would have been good for me tbh.

I saw both threads and wasnt terribly offended by either. Im more offended by the fact that one ended up in jail, and the other permanetly banned? WTF??? God knows Ive told a few jokes that go sideways in my life. The sad part was she apologized and all was well...Only to find out she was banned later??? As to Mags Ive always enjoyed her posts and have NO issue with her at all. I hope shes back soon

jac379: Some of you may remember a hoo-har not long back when Mags posted in the joke threads, which I and many of you objected to.
She is currently in CS jail and unable to post following her gag faux pas, but has asked me to apologise on her behalf for any offence caused.
May I quote a little from the email that she has just sent me:
"Perhaps somewhere along the line you may make my feelings known if possible. I was wrong, yes I should have thought more about what I posted... allow for someone just being stupid and not thinking too far in advance."
She's concerned that if she has to wait to post to make this apology, that it will come across as being insincere, which is why I'm posting on her behalf.
She is mortified that she has caused offence.
Please accept her apology, welcome her back and for goodness' sake, please don't start bickering about it again - its all been said already and you'll come across as merely point scoring at an easy target.
