Will I get the week on week off contact with my tinnie lids on Wed at this 1st court hearing?
Will there be 10 more hearings before a trial?
Child's representative, psychologists, barristers, etc, etc...
Will we come to an agreement out of court and make final orders?
Will we settle the business and property?
One thing is a certainty, I will get to see my kids again even if it has been 8 weeks.
And to think people go through these worries daily.

sxc666: The uncontrollable, not really I've learnt if it is beyond your control there isn't a lot you can do about it. You can do a handstand, rant on like a rabbit the situation isn't going to change.The unlikely definatley not, wouldn't give myself a grey hair over something that is 'unlikely'.

That's not ANXIETY, Its being a woman/mother, just part of yours & every female's path in life, My view is: It shouldn't have a medical name.

Yes much happier.Our solicitors are much wealthier from the ordeal though.
Not much left of the property to even worry about settling.
