I love it here! I have made some great friends and met some interesting and not so interesting peeps. For the record I have met my "playmate" right here in the forums. Many do meet that specail someone. So good luck to you!

I don't doubt people are 'genuine' ... I just wonder if they are serious about dating in the global village!
Spotted a thread elsewhere on the net and the majority of people were baulking at much over 90 minutes...
Personally, I've traveled far and wide to meet people who sounded lively, got on well with online and shared interests etc. Never set off with any sort of 'unreal expectations' about romance and as a result have a number of regular friendships (ie regular letters / skype etc) and have met, will meet in time others.
And yes, to the guy above ... it beats the hell outta telly :-)_
