I have part-time "harp-playing" lessons. I'll be playing the best music when I'm an angel

I'm learning the guitar. It's awesome.
I've had 3 lessons and now I can rock out in 6 notes.

Choosing the right instrument is important, when one is young, & parents are maybe paying for music lessons, its not a problem, young learn fast & have time up there sleeve, piano give all the music foundation, but difficult to carry around, help Where-as an instrument that one can carry, lets one mix with people, learn from others & even go overseas or on holiday,

Its good if one can make practice is a 24/7 thing, ponder over a tune, think about music structure, all helps in putting fingers to the string, if one can hear a tune in one's head, it soon goes to the finger's unconsciously,

You sound like your well on your way to having fun,& filling your mind with some good stuff, Look at strumming with people at music festivals, if u play music on a stereo, & u can stay in key, then even if you play a wrong note, its not really a problem,
There are many festivals around, I go to a few each year, & this year will increase my festival number, it dose mean traveling, but if there's a few of u,or u meet-up & travel-on with others,
For instance: People at the last festival in Vic, Aust, traveled from USA, Tasmania, NSW, ACT, QLD,SA, just the ones I new personally,
Good luck, if u need help, please ask.

Well u just need to start....conversing fiddle teacher can be costly, but the trick is to learn on-line, just to get one started, once one can play a few nursery rhyme, then from there, find a friend how can play, if u concentrate daily, u should be playing ok in about 6 mths violin
