I have been told that duct tape ( I'm not making this one up ) will get rid of them . Leave it on till it falls off ! I also was told that in the Champange region of france they use the escargot ( local snails ) as a youth and beauty aid . The women rub the snails over there face and claim it keeps them looking young .I don't know if this actually works however I did notice that a lot of them did look good there . . . .

I've wondered if it was just the species there or do most snails have that property . If you look at the biology of snails, they have a kind of oily sheen that covers them . I've been told that it also has anit pathagen properties . I realy don't know . Also the part about the skin treatment I only heard in France and the Champange distric . I haven't been to that many places in Europe so I realy don't know how common the treatment actually is . . . . . . .

This should be done by night, preferably in summer. There should be no wind. Listen to owls, and when you hear one, follow its voice. It should lead you under the moon, to find a path leading to a lonely place where ancient people built a castle. Enter the castle, switch off you TV and that’s it.

Even as a kid I always get bee and wasp stings and they hurt. I figured out from an old book that baking soda may treat it. I then realized the venom is mostly acid and baking soda is a base. Mix an acid and a base and they become water.
I tried it and it worked. A little water and baking soda paste on a bee sting and within 5 seconds the pain is gone.

you are assuming that we all have gardens or we live in places where we can have gardens. I live on the 5th floor of an apartment building. I don't have a garden and can't have a garden

You can also soak a cotton ball in vinegar, squeeze out the excess vinegar and tape that over the wart (try to avoid contact with the surrounding skin). Change daily until the wart is gone. You get to kill the wart and avoid any unpleasent confrontation from the Snail's rights groups.

I did that as a kid using a cotton bud and malt vinegar 3 times a day! It does actually work though it took 4 months.
