War or no war B,while US military law does, indeed, allow for summary execution in rare circumstances (such as when an enemy soldier is apprehended wearing the uniform of US military forces), the raid on bin Laden's compound would not fall within those laws. This would not be considered an act of "summary execution." ..............or what i called assassination
