Tomcats2: growing old alone

What do you want most out of life.

A long and happy one without having to wake up in the morning and stare at 50 different bottles of pills that are keeping it that way.

How do you cope with the potential of lonliness.. Do you have set routines to avoid encoutering it, or are you more prone to spontaneous acts????

Tomcats2: no the thought of being alone forever scares me and with my ex in a relationship want to show her that ican still pull to. it would be nice to wlak with someone agin and just enjoy life and breakfast together. So yes would love a partner.

if you had to some your life up in one song what would it be?

I think my life has been a bit too complicated to be that easily defined. There are obviously some parts of my life in songs i've written 'myself'. But that's probably true of most composers.

Would you like anther childhood with the knowledge and experience you have now, or would you prefer another age of innoscence?

Sorry Mr 13th, we must have posted together.

I wouldn't like to go through childhood knowing what was going to happen to me.

Is there anything you would like to know about your future?

Hi Brumwave

At my age probably not. The whole question of mortality comes into view, and i'd rather live right up to the end withoput knowing when that might be!

Can you adapt your personality between passive and aggressive to suit the needs of a partner?

I eat a lot of the large Jaffa oranges and clementines at the moment as I keep them in the fridge and they are really juicy. I probably eat three oranges and about four clementines every day. Too much I know!

Do you read a daily/weekend newspaper and which one?

I never saw Eos, (though I'll use iplayer to catch up), as I was watching a documentary on Beeb 4, 'Camera That Changed the World:

It was essentially about how the hand-held movie camera came to be about and brings us all the millions of fly-on-the-wall programmes we have today, as well as live footage. Both the US and France developed them, but what was really interesting is that in the states, when they could provide footage of what was happening in the country, this is late 50's, so much was regarding colours and whites, but the tv channels would not touch it!! They stuck to game shows and soaps. Ooops, went on a tad there, but it was good.

Do you enjoy documentary's and if so, do you have a favourite or one that sticks in your mind? (For myself, I really liked the ones Equinox produced, as well as Mark Thomas) cool
