No, I never use sugar at all, nor salt even in cooking.

Have you been to London and what do you think of it? (It's ok, I am not easily offended if you thought it was a horrible place - I can take that sort of criticism on the chin).

Actually i've always enjoyed my visits to London. When i was younger i used to go and stay with friends in Thornton Heath. It was a lot of fun as we'd go out places and take lots of pictures. I always remember being impressed with Richmond Park. Another friend lived in Dullwich (Correct spelling?) He worked for a Motorcycle Courrier Service and we'd travel miles all over London. Most of my memories are happy ones. Though i do recall one evening meeting a group of friends, out for a drink. We looked across the rooftops and saw Police Helicopters hovering and wondered what was happening. We found out the nest day we'd been only about 3 miles away from the Brixton Riotsdoh

Have you ever been to the Channel Islands?

I have £1.00 per square yard carpet throughout my flat as it was all I could afford 10 years ago so it is pretty rough-looking now, but definitely wooden flooring if I had the choice - it looks beautiful, or even vinyl throughout if strapped for cash. Much more hygenic too especially with cats, drink or food spills, etc.

Is there anything you would like to achieve in your life which is relatively easily achievable - have you achieved all your ambitions?

There is life, but not as we know it. I have 100% experience of a departed member of my family making her presence know to me - actually it was not scary at all and very comforting.

Are you any good at/do you enjoy decorating?
