Toffeapple: Pessimistic people - I know people have it hard in life, and mine has been relatively easy considering.....but when I do go through bad times, the only way out or up is to be positive - even in just little bitty incremental ways.
I even believe in the grateful journal - not written as such - just in my head.
Like today (if I was down) I would be grateful that I have enough food in the cupboard to feed myself and the animals/that it was a fairly sunny warmish day etc etc.
Think of one positive thing each day - it works - really.
So some of the less positive people out there - change your way of thinking - please.
(oh dear - I might have turned into one of my other frustrations - and banged on too long boringly....my apologies.)
PS I am also a great believer in the need to wallow regularly - good for the soul.
