Driving home from work each day I'm thinking of the menu for dinner got to be delish as it's all about the CURLY whoohoo! I have noticed I have been taking a lot of care with my cooking skills since my divorce I find my meals are way more appetizing. Yeah I know it's all about ME!
in our family the men are the cooks my grandfather should of been a chef and my dad should be it is your choice to eat fast food if your overweight try working out i find lifting weights to be therapeutic for getting me through my divorce but also for helping me to stay healthy for my two young kids. and if you have to eat fast food try subway much healthier. this is the second post today i have read i thought i had hate for my ex wife i may not be ready to trust another woman but i dont have enough hate to say they are fake on this site or that they cant cook reevaluate your satement man
Everyone should learn the basics of cooking and how to feed themselves a healthy, satisfying meal. That being said, if all you want is someone to cook for you, hire a chef.....
Sunnydaze14: It's all about choice, many are forced to work outside the home and would prefer to concentrate on rearing there own children. But it doesn't suit every woman, if she is unhappy staying home she won't be doing that good a job of it.
Thats very true. Unfortunately in todays economic climate the choice is more or less obsolete. And what a shame that is.
In response to: Wouldn' be great if all women learned to cook a meal at home, instead of getting their man fat on the McDonalds diet...don't you think so ? Plus, how long is gonna take before todays women realize, that the best and the surest way to man's heart is through his stomach ?
I learn ed to cook a long time ago. I enjoy cooking and like to cook for a woman once in awhile. If I ever get married and the woman still wanted to work, I would do the cooking, I hate washing dishes though.
I love to cook and cook very heart healthy and fully balanced meals. If anyone puts on weight with my tasty cooking, it's because they eat everything I make and are looking for more. That's the plain and simple reason anyone would put on weight from my cooking. No way in heck would McDonald's ever figure into the equation. Eat dinner at my place and you will turn up your nose at a McD's as you will be back for second, third and forth helpings if you can still feel hungry. Fresh organic fruits, veggies, unsugared yogurts, whole grains, organic meat and ocean, fresh stream or fresh lake fish...not farm raised. You just might gain some weight on these type of meals.

Couldnt you just make do with a rubber plant then?
islandgirl i agree it is arrogance,he should be ashamed for what he said. being a former married man and a father of two young ones i became accustomed to cooking i enjoy making breakfast and i also like to experiment with things for dinner. in our family the men are the cooks but when it comes to baking we give all the love and respect to the women. im one of those guys who enjoys doing laundry making sure the kitchen is neat and orderly,i take out the garbage why its called responsibility this guy seems to have lost that. for his shameful remarks and all fellow men I apologize I hope you see not allof us men are as pig headed as he is.
whowhatwherewhen: Sounds yummy. How can you afford it?
I usually cook like this on the weekends for my mate but during the week, I still prefer to cook healthy. No McD's greasy burgers, even if they are good. Figure it this way...we can either cook healthy and spend the money to try and maintain our health by good nutrition or we can spend our money paying the doctors to prescribe pills and medical surgeries if we lose our health by poor dietary habits. One way or the other, the cost is going to be paid. I prefer foods with less pesticides as it decreases cancer risks, although not eliminating the risk as other environmental toxins can affect us what we don't know. I can also taste the difference in food with pesticides. There is a bitterness to the taste buds. In meat, there is also a difference in taste as well as the smell somewhat when it is cooked. Just my personal experience to back this up as cooking and tasting what I prepare is crucial.

Thats excellent. We have free range, pesticide free, etc, but, you pay the earth for them. Its just about unaffordable to eat organic these days. A dozen eggs would cost the same as a burger. Fortunately I live on an Island so we dont have those fast food joints here. We cook every night all bar one. takeout night. Fish and chips. A good old Friday night tradition.
