Would our CS men be insulted if they were asked to hang out in Man Land at IKEA while their partner shopped??
Dragging him to IKEA to sit in a lounge playing games serves no purpose. He's not with his partner to give his opinion on what she wants to buy. Why not leave him at home to do what he wants to do.
montecito: Well that's good news my dear. Off the subject, would you like to go grocery shopping with her??
Yes,no problems. In fact,if she wanted to stay at home,or go out with her friends,i would do the grocery shopping. I can never see what men make a fuss about.

Rocksmith: I agree Mont, why even go if ya not going to shop together.
Rather just stay home, or go to another "Man Land"..... Fishing!!
Oh no you don't. I hate shopping anyway. You can't go fishing without me....No way....I'm a fisher person Love deep sea fishing but haven't done it in awhile..
Thats odd, I was just in Ikea about a week ago and I noticed its definately a "couples" store. It seems to have more couples shopping there then I ever see elsewhere.
Hey guys, this was in Australia. I'm surprised they didn't serve critters they catch in the outback. No chance of shrimp on the barbie....too expensive.
I basically think this is a great idea. Everybody knows that guys hate to shop, and that guys can pop in, buy an item, and pop right back out again, whereas women like to shop and compare items, which cn take hours. Guys aren't up for hours of shopping. So Manland just might work, because the women are relieved of whining men, and men get to get a free hotdog and get to have some fun. Next step, I suppose, with be a Womanland place, where the women can have some fun while the men shop, but it would have to be a place that men really like to shop at, like Tool Town, the tool section at Sears, or maybe Lowes or Home Depot.
