I'm in.....Because he's known to both (kinda), but neither girl realised it till that night, assuming girl no.2 (the blusher) would have asked (as I would have done if I were her) how the other (the date) came to know him.
Call it curiosity/nosiness/need-to-know, or whatever.

Now she obviously didn't say anything, just a hello, but she did turn bright red and i'm sure my date noticed. My date had told me previously she didn't tell anyone she was using an online dating site, so i don't know if her friend had mentioned that she was also using online dating. I'm just wondering what kind of conversation is going on in the house now??? hha

Very funny and a little awkward.. had a similar story myself.. except I went on a date with both guys.. didnt meet them online...just in general life....!! Date 1 with first guy, went back to his house to watch films.... nothing came of it... few months later met another guy on a night out... we went out a few days later and went back to his and who was sitting on the couch playing the playstation....the guy I had been out with a few months previous.... MORTIFIED!!!

Yep......I find that interesting.
I would imagine that was some conversation between the two of them after you left as I would imagine they would have picked up the signals.
Or maybe they were having a bet and the flatmate just realised she lost a months rent
