Yep, men and women .. how many women have you met that have moved on from one relationship to the next without batting an eyelid?

And they move in with the guy or have the guy move in with them after a couple of months confused

they are in love in 5 minutes, out of love in 15 minutes, over the hurt within 30 minutes, and back in love a week later. roll eyes

Well at least Tarnz's fella waited a few weeks, better than some. The number of guys I know who say they are separted, but in reality are still living with their wives. Seems wifey isnt actually aware that SHE'S separated. barf

Dead right Shell and more than likely it is just a short term separation to sort things out with their wives and probably will go back when after they have stepped over the fence and tried the puddings as they are entitled to do that if they in the separated stage roll eyes

ps. before the males jump down me throat, the same could be said about the woman to but in my case, it was the male laugh

All comes down to which one they're breaking up with.
If it's their 1st true love, they may take a while to get over her.
If it's number 8, then they're seasoned professionals and know that the emotional garbage isn't worth the stress so go on to the next partner without the baggage.

After spending more than half your life with someone being honest and faithful, it is not easy to forget the good times together, or the hurt when they finally lie and cheat. Some of it is baggage that should be left behind but it is a life experience. We are supposed to learn by life experiences although it does seem that some do not learn the lessons and keep on repeating the same mistakes.

Some have learnt a lesson and do not want to repeat the mistake. Some cry "woe is me" and let it out, time and time again. Others can say it neutrally meaning this is what happened and I don't want it to happen again.

Life Lesson #2 Don't get hooked up on someone who believes that anyone belonging to Gamblers Anonymous means they are out of credit.

My mother and step-father both would freely talk to each other and to us kids (okay, we were grown up and had families) about the former partners. They loved their partners but also loved each other. They each have been buried next to their first partners, something that was always openly discussed with us.

Baggage? Okay, my mother always complained that my step-father drove as badly as my father. Okay, Mum was a racing car driver and considered 100km.h as a reasonable speed. It was a bit hard doing that around the suburbs because there were "so many bloody old women drivers on the road." A term she used frequently to describe male Volvo drivers who still had their bowls hat on.
