Is it right? yes! we all could use a chocolate now and then
I think it hard to say how healthy or harmful it is based on just the desire for sugar. You overall health, diet, activity and habits may indicate more for you. Nutrition is a interesting subject, and well worth reading about (there are both good and bad sources on the internet, some excellent, some even seem dangerous )
Based on my own experience, (not to be taken for more than it is), the need for sweets, sounds like a body/ biological combustion engine in a imbalance nutrition/ fuel wise.
I used to have it until I started to figure out, and give my body more of what it needs and wants, and less of what it don't need and really doesn't want, and in the process I lost about 15kg and its still dropping, as well as increased energy level and no need for sweets at all.
Is your food providing you with the right nutrients and enough (and not to much) of them?
No, sugar is bad for you. It attracts candida(yeast) and cancer cells are proven to be attracted to sugar. It also turns into hyperglycides which turns into ...fat. It makes your blood sugar go high...and then low...
