Kristia49: What a load of garbage this news is, I'm sure every-one knows how to go tothe toilet.
Don't you believe it...I work for the local school board and the caretakers (custodians, janitors, whatever you want to call them)have an unbelieveable mess to clean up on a daily basis. I know they are just children or teenagers but the evidence shows that they have the manners and understanding of proper toilet procedures of an infant. The diagram of someone squatting beside the toilet is all too real and with the influx of certain nationalities through immigration shows that many have been taught to either urinate or crap on the floor (which may be fine in the parents home country but not here). It makes me wonder if they do that at home?
