People need to eat. Yes, there are more today that are living on the streets, begging on the highways. I am also sure there is exploitation of the system though in this state I know they issue a type of credit card for food,,I don't know how you would sell that over and over,,,but some criminals will find a way. I just want to say that anyone that thinks that there is not a real problem in the usa with hunger and shelter is misinformed. I see it all the time!! it is not a joke!

California does allow some things that other states dont. but even still. The idea that it is all a big joke,,"satire" not so cool. post away.. here is a link if you really want to move to California and live on the dole. but I think you are better off there as far as getting benefits.
