Nay, my friend Freeze, Mostdesired and I have a wonderful relationship! He realy appreciates most things I say to him. I say "most" because whatever he does not understand, at least he gets thinking, and posts another thread, even if it is illogical. People like him are interesting.. because they question the questions.
And .. to quote a poet whose name I cannot remember at the moment.... "Beneath the skin, and behind the words, we are more alike than we are different".
So have a little patience with him... maybe one day we all become good friends?

Hello my friend.... you back again? Good. Do not refer to me as "a nice realy old lady"... I am what is known as a "Young Crone"... which means a Learner Elder of the tribe. The reason is that where you still going... I have already been, what you have not even thought of doing... I have done. And do not post threads containing blasphemous words. If this were the Muslim world you would be already hiding out in some basement in fear of losing your head. If you continue doing so I, and others, will complain to the organisers of this site, and you will find yourself cast out in the cold.
We are not religious bigots, but uphold basic principles of not deliberately annoying others.
This site is for mutual enjoyment, upliftment, encouragement... we are mostly all survivors of relationships, and are seeking to find new partners and/or friends... not to make enemies and create bad vibes.
Anyway, I leave you with those words... I'm going out to enjoy myself now, and forget about the miseries of this life.

Freeze,u know what all of u and mostdesired especially are guilty of the logical pit of argumentative ad honorem, instead of attacking the issue, u attack the person behind the issue. Anyway it explains the relevance of the question on logic(also can mean reason or rationality sometimes) and relationship, in simplistic terms logic and interpersonal relationship starts from that basic values that say: respect is reciprocity, period, here is to u too

Emotion like a silly butterfly ... it lives ( the best case scenario for a week,depends on species ...then it dies) Emotion it is just a reaction of our brain cells.... it will be gone ...so why to bother ...

Hmm... I see a grain of wisdom here. Yes, indeed commitment not a sacrifice ( i'd rather be very cautious with use of term "Sacrifice" it smells to some extent religious and fanatic to me) Thus if a commitment has a wee of logic as a way to resolve a dilemma ...Great! Alas ... in general, majority of people prefer emotions over logic,which, in my personal opinion is a cause for ruined relationships.
And yet ... we had a conversation with my friend today on to say or not say "I love you" my alternative is "I do care","I pity" which she called a twisted wisdom. (Heavy sigh)
So my point is: If you really care about someone, you will use all logic of this World to keep that person warm and safe.
