How fortunate are we to have evolved on this planet?
We have sweet fresh air to breathe. We have oceans filled with fish, a nice warm sun, a big beautiful moon and stars to mesmerize us at night. We have lightening and thunder storms and rain to drink and water our crops & snow to play in. We have mountains to climb and lakes to swim in. We have tigers and elephants and kittens and puppies and birds of every color. We have delicious food to eat. We have seasons and tornadoes and erupting volcanoes. There are sweet smelling flowers and bees that make honey. Fruit grows on trees and we can burn the wood to stay warm in the winter. We have a whole world to explore and learn the lessons it can teach us. All we have to do is be willing to learn. All we have to do is look, listen and enjoy. It's all there, laid out right before our eyes.
I'm sure if John and Buddy could come back for just a few minutes and tell us something it would be Let Me Rest. Would John want to see Judy crying and miserable? Hell No! Would Buddy want to see all his friends weeping and sad? That is the LAST thing he would ever want judging by his own words and actions. He would want you all to Smile. I helped Judy purge her sorrow with a poem and a song when her friend Herb passed away, she was drenched in tears. I did it again with a song and lyrics that came straight from my heart when John passed away. I did the same for you all with "A Letter from Jeepers". I came here to find my one and only but instead I've become the forum tear jerker. Well, this is last time I'm going to perform in this vocation. Let's all get it out of our system and enjoy the gift of life while we're still breathing.
My job here is done
