Most of us from time to time will comment on a subject that can be diverse . Sometimes it may be on a thread your only passing the time on and having a light hearted banter.
So at what point do you leave a thread that becomes Heated
From my own perspective i love bumping up heated threads

I wouldn't have guessed that you like to stirr things up!
I would leave a thread if it's either gets too stupid or more likely personal insults and pack attacks are started.
I see using the forums as a bit of fun and banter and if it's stop being fun...

But how do you feel if youve made a comment , left ...take a wee sneak back and see some Eeeejit has gone over the same ground again but totally twisted the point ...Are you not tempted to go back and tell them off using the
Im trying to do a bit of research on peoples reactions for my case studying and its mainly the English and Americans who seem to bite the most
Intrestingly People from within Europe using the Euro seem to be more adjusted

If I see it the next day I might go back and post a "correction", if something was deliberately misquoted. If it's just a matter of having different point of views, that's fine, maybe I do post but people just do have different views so let them at it - as long as it's not offensive.

Case studying, that's a laugh You're trying to get the Americans and English to attack each other.
You're just not happy when there is peace in the threads. Didn't you have enough arguing over there when you guys attacked Vinny.
I don't have a need to go back in a thread when I see trouble is brewing. Example of that is this thread.....goodbye..

well clearly some ahve nothing better to do than start and incite trouble. such as the OP. those folks I have zero interest in so I seldom stay long on thsoe threads. I might pop on to defend someone or point out the obvious but that's about all
It's easy to call when to leave a thread. When the stupid, little, jealous, and miserable crowd shows up it's time to split lest you sink to their level and become one of their ilk.
My theory is that more than a few individuals on here are drunks and drug addicts and post when they are feeling no pain. Thus all the bonehead remarks.
It's best to just post and move along to the next thread. If someone attacks you behind your back that shows what type of buffoon and coward you're dealing with.

Not in the least am i trying to cause a rift between 2 countries i tend to have a great deal of respect for ....You obviously cant remember any posts ive done standing up for American policy
Now where does this " you guys " come into it ....
At the time of Vinnys dissapearence i was no where near the scene ...but again feel free to make assumptions that are untrue ...
My posts tend to be more to the crunch and in your face questions that do not go in for patting on the back and lets talk about how great we all are...I prefer asking people some emotional conflictive questions as i can identify a persons character from their answers.... feel free to pop in as, i do ,believe it or not, enjoy your posts

Hiya Tex ..Good points on the Alcohol and drugs bit as it does make people a lot more emotional and being able to spot that they are "a bit off" is a good sign..

Some of those flailing handbag "debates" can be very entertaining (I dont mean just women either)
Harmless banter can fun fun to follow and participate in but to purposely to push someones buttons at the expense of hurting their feelings is not all that entertaining. Some people can handle and respond to such much better than others.
