I am proud that I could be there for my mum, and my dad, and my husband when they needed me. That I can look back and know that they knew how much I loved them and how much they meant to me. I am not only proud of that but it means the world to me because I loved them so much I wanted to be there for them teddybear

I am proud of my daughter. She never buys a dog but instead gets all her dogs from shelters, she is a big sister in the Big Brother/Big Sister Program and she is a role model for other police officers as her Sergeant is always calling upon her to train new officers.

I am also proud of myself in that when my father died at the age of 96 I took care of him in the last year of his life even though he molested me when I was 32 years old. I didn't forgive him for what he did. I took care of him because he was a human being that was very ill and in need of help. sigh

If you can stay true to what you care about and not sell your soul then you'll have much to be proud of.

So sorry to hear that Monte, one of the worst things to be put through. hug
It shows that you're a very kind person to overcome that and look after him, not everybody would have done that! thumbs up

Yes ^^ ! I'm proud about myself too, not too much. It was enough to respect myself before respect someone. purple heart purple heart purple heart
