It is best to grow your own but if that is not possible, buy them from a local Farmer's Market. Organic is best ~ no pesticides, but if you can not buy all organic, fill your sink with water when you get home, add about 1/4 cup of 3% hydrogenperoxide and put all your non-organic veggies in it. Bathe them in it for at least 10 minutes. Much pesticide residue can be removed in this mannor.
Also, the sugar in fresh fruits is Natural Sugar and will not lead to obesity. They are full of nutrients the blood cells need and also antioxitants, live enzymes that destroy free radicals.

Besides, I have not heard of anyone dying from eating too many carrots. Beta carotene in carrots purifies the blood. They are good for detoxifying. I have heard people say that too much can turn your skin Orange, yet I juice them all the time, on a daily basis and I have not turned orange yet.

Juice Zucchini, apples, celery, melons, turnips, kale and spinach as well... gives you a great RUSH of energy!

You are correct as stated. Everything in moderation. I wish
I had more time to juice my foods for consumption but generally it
is speed of prep and eating that is important for me as I is always
on the go.
