I have become rather bold (at least for me) lately and have been sending flowers to men who I find attractive through their pictures or from what they write in their profiles. I have been surprised to get nice, polite replies back, thanking me for the contact and stating what they are looking for in a mate. I find this VERY attractive in a man, even if they say they are too far away or have requirements that I do not fit. KUDOS for polite men! I think us ladies should do the same for each man who contacts us.

I could not agree more arabella. I always reply when and if I recieve one. I have a hardtime to get the initiative to send one first though I believe it may be a rejection issue lol.

I agree one hundred percent. I alway reply when I am sent a flower or an email, and even when angered by another's rudeness, or if I simply feel incompatible, try to break off communication with courtesy, at least. I'd like to take this opportunity to mention that if anyone felt slighted when I deleted my profile a few weeks back, I apologize. I have missed my friends!

I, too, agree Arabella. I got a great response from one man - he just had a wonderful smile, so I told him so.

Being polite does not hurt anyone and may even help in a bad situation.

I agree with you Arabella, having a guy reply politely, make you feel good, and wanted.... it shows that there are guys out there that grow up and can be a gentleman to women rather than be dogs, which by the way is so childish. Anyways just wanted to say I agree all the way.

I have a real life in here. I have a real life at work. The more real this place came to me the more real I was at work. My realness hasn't stop growing in here since I got here. The invisible box is my conscious. Conscious the final frontier. Nope, I need my conscious. It is the only thing holding my sanity in check.

I'll answer all that I recieve thanking them for taking an interest in me and I'll include one of my 3 email addresses if they wish to correspond back and forth.
If they don't fit my criteria I'll give the reason and in closing I'll wish them the best in finding that special someone.

Is that like making them say I love you before you do? Can you make them say uncle? Can you kill them with kindness; can you really be that cruel?

Oh, yes, I love the cacti. So sturdy, hardly any maintenance and with the prettiest blooms and hardly ever needs watering.
