carol62: HELLO, What I believe men really need is a good woman,, that will love them, adore them, and look over their faults! They really and truly still expect us women to obey and not cheat on them. And I for one still abide by that rule,, but I will not be a doormat to my man!

Not being a consumer-durable item, the doormat is usually replaced by the new one once it gets all worn out (and sometimes even sooner than that)....

Could it be that, anyone who equates "women jet pilots" with "military service" is actually a bit behind the times themself?

But also as military jet pilots, and increasingly so today.
