good question...
i donno but i if i had to guess i would say no they dont run out...i think our body just keeps repoducing the tears if our emotion(s) continues. Learning to control the emotion is what i think will stop them. my thoughts...could be way offdunno

Sometimes it seems to take forever before you stop crying. That is the time that you start thinking about building yourself up again.... hug

Crying is good for the soul...when you pray during rough times. it humbles you before God, and a miracle happens, you feel good, and you continue on...do they run out? If they didn't, hmmm, pray some more...angel

Awwww well I can understand how you feel. I don't know what the bombshell is/was but everyone has different ways of dealing with things and times and etc..Just give it time and you will be okay.

Again you know how to reach me if you need someone to talk to.

Sometimes it's best to

Take time for a few days
Let your friends know you need a few days to be with yourself
Take a kleenex box, a pen and some paper
And have a good soul searching on the issue

Sometimes the answer lies within us and doing that let's us find ourselves a little better. We sometimes let others give us a helping hand and sometimes that can make us more confuse.

Trying to change your mind by keeping busy or trying to keep going and still wonder and let others give insight sometimes can get us further away from us and the issue at hand.

Taking time like this is good. It's not asking you to hide...it's asking you to face it with yourself.

I have been going through some major things for the past years. Things that are still not over. Things I cannot discuss on here openly. Some people would be very surprised.

Tracy here I think she knows a bit of it...and I know she's there if I need her. I'm not sure if she would know what I am referring to, but having her there I know I have someone who will give me a shoulder to cry on. (not talking about the ex...lol...just to clear that...I think her and Paulette are madder then I am...lol)

Friends look out for friends. And sometimes you should be that friend...it makes us learn about ourselves and it's the way WE become ourselves.

Wikked keep facing your fears! And we are here for you!

Hey Wikked,

I had years of tears that I thought were endless. I was very broken at the time.. One lady - actually the pastor's wife of the church that I had been attending gave me some insight that I have never forgotten and that I find is true. She said that with many years of hurt that had accumulated, there needed to be healing and washing of the wounds. The tears were a sign of God cleansing the wounds so that we could move towards healing them. Even if you do not believe in God, it still makes sense, doesn't it (that it is part of our healing)?

Be thankful for the tears..... it means that the better things are coming when we wash away enough of the past hurt.

Thank you...hug

After weeks and weeks of hearing some very hurtful things directed at me...I looked to someone to somehow validate that i meant something to someone...and i couldn't make myself "heard"...

You have reminded me today...that HE is my only comforter...

:) I am glad that He reminded you. Remember that there will always be those that try to de-value us and rob from us knowing the beauty that is within us.. I have seen your passion in posting here and in reaching out. I know from the little that I have seen that you have a heart that is a treasure - don't let anyone make you believe otherwise. angel

so true...

and somehow what she has said in her 2 posts is in essence a bit the same as I was trying to say...there's a reason for those tears. don't hide them but learn from them and as she said It sometimes means its healing those wounds.

Lets hope not because it would mean we were no longer capable of feelings.

I think about all the times we have tried to wash away the residue of life to protect ourselves from all those heartaches.

" The rain falls on everyone ".

Don't let a few splashes get you down for long, in the cesspools of life, remember the colorful splashes that come along and take your rainbow with you everywhere. You have that inside you wikked. Others need to share it with you.

We will never prevent ourselves from hurt as long as we are willing to care, but we can dance through the puddles of life with our rainbows, twirling the only umbrella we need.

Hugs
