Did anyone hear the possible plans to get people to give up their trackers? Not sure if it's just for people in arrears or everyone but they are talking about giving you the option to change to a variable rate at the current market value of your house.

It's true all right, I got a letterr out asking me to consider changing from the tracker and they rang me about it as well.
This is a classic bit of video with the Regulator, Patrick Neary, telling us that the banks are fine and that they will be able to cover their loans. I'd laugh but this guy should be in jail, not getting a six figure pension. And this was our most senior Civil Servant. Who still thinks we need a State to run our lives?

I wonder when they will start stealing money from Irish savers? They've been eyeing up the €100 billion on deposit here for a while now.
