Hi Asha, i have skype on my laptop and it works fine, i use it to talk to my kids interstate and the odd time internationally, never had a problem, although sometimes it's a bit slow or jerky but that resolves itself pretty quickly. I'm with Telstra and it seems to wrk good with them.
All the best ,

It was good, excellent even, but now has been bought by Microsoft, so performs worse and is getting more expensive when making phone calls.
But try and see for yourself, easy to install and easy to remove if required.

Yes but my bad reception is only due to my location, when it works well I am getting a speed of 250 bits per second but when it's slow i'm down to 5 - 20 bits per second.
It is a G3 connection Girl... lips

I use one these, to my mind is best there is, i pay $180 for 10gig which last quite a few months (5or6) at least, but the 10gig is good for 365 days + you get $20 free txt credit chucked in.
No contract its pre-paid, no contract at all, just up before credit expires.

Morning Robo , folks . Just put credit into SKYPE 10 minutes ago . Cheap as hell to landlines , have the vidio as well , bit funny . My average speed 250 maybe .I have a satellite connection as does my son . Nearly 2 sec's delay in voice and vidio . I could run 20 meters in that time . My live.com email address has been blatting about changing over to SKYPE . Set your locks though as you get funny requests from strangers wanting to be your "contact" .
