Exactly, and if it wasn't for the news you wouldn't even know there was a war on. This is effective peacetime as far as the vast majority are concerned, the wars don't impact upon most in any way - which is probably why it drags on for so long.

In the end of the war England subjugated to USA along with Greece. Till the start of WW2 our master was England,in the end of it, a transfer of English assets made us the property of the USA.

That's hardly how it was, they didn't want a war leader anymore, which is perfectly understandable. The policies of the then Labour party spoke to post-war Britain in a way that others didn't.
It must have been easy for them to spare a few coins when they knew that others would have given their lives to save them. And of course, the fact that even the wealthy knew what a bother it was to be hungry meant that they would not turn their backs on their own people in the way that Thatcherite scum do today.

hm, we're taught that churchill was shown the door because he wanted to expand the british empire at the end of wwii and the people of england were tired of that crap.

It's true the Churchill had no intention of dismantling what was left of the empire, but the British people were not fiercely anti-empire, they didn't vote Labour because of that.
What they wanted was the NHS and houses built quickly because many had nowhere to live after the destruction of the war. This is why they voted Labour. And what's ironic is that the plan adopted after the war to rebuild the country largely came from Mosley's memorandum - Mosley being Sir Oswald Mosley who was the leader of the British Union of Fascists before the war.

I did not say you are a liar or stupid. The story is hard to believe w/o additional facts.
By just the opposite I was thinking that our subs in the pacific had the same order as the "locania order". So, with that in mind, was it right to us the grand admiral's Laconia order to convict him of war crimes.
I wonder who instructed the bomber to turn around and attack the uboats? Fllowing the sinking of the laconia, It took 8-months to sink the sub. Maybe command felt sinking the subs was a higher priority knowing othe vessels could rescue the survivors of collateral damage.
I read where the Vichy French rescued 1100 survivors later that day.
