Nice to see your going to get fit..............I tried the gym didn't work for me. I found what worked for me was classes, find different ones and try them if you like them your more inclined to stick with it. Also bootcamp is hard to beat

I hate gyms, too many posers for my liking, both male and female, they seem to spend more time checking themselves out in the mirrors than actually training. I prefer exercising by myself, with a bit of music playing and try to keep to the beat.
