kennn: A: Love to ice fish, Da Moose. Spent part of the holidays ice-fishing on Sylvan Lake for whitefish.

Q: Pretty slow here in the Canadaadian Forums, do you think there is anything could drum up a little more participation here??

A very difficult question good sir! The Canuck Forums were NEVER a real hotbed of activity,....unless LG and myself were in one of our moods....lol! Not sure what to say.....I am far too busy these days to invest all of the time I used to,....but hey, I will try! Maybe I'll go stir it up in the Internationals and see if they stalk me over to here! LOL! By the way,....nothing that EVER happened in the Internationals EVER got to me,.....just trying to stir things up! ROFLMAO!

A: I am opposed to it. That Hakipic they use does not paint a pretty picture.

Q: Would you rather Cross-Country Ski or Downhill Ski????

stretching in desperation, and i wonder if many are on their way out...? i prefer those food trucks serving some tasty, great alternatives, and just as fast.

have you ever put in a lot of hours (and i mean A LOT )...on a project..and then have it all gone in a moment's haste?

North America does allow hormones in beef (and milk if I'm right) absolutely! - it's forbidden in Europe and I have no problem with conventional beef and milk, but would avoid products from countries who do have different legislation in regards to food safety.

I was told to eat organic chicken (which I don't always do as the price is high). Fruit and veg, some organic, some not - I always check where the produce is from and buy as close to home as possible, even if more expensive.

What positive things are you doing for your general health? conversing

kennn: A: I am vindictive to a degree but also believe in giving someone a second chance. Sometimes the best response is one that doesn't get spoken.

Q:Used to be that a contract between two people was written with a handshake and a bit of honesty.Would you trust another with a handshake and a verbal agreement???

Hmmm, good question Ken. I'm a trusting (aka, gullible) soul at heart, so if it was a friend, yes (although I've been waiting almost 4 years for a debt to be repaid by a so called "friend"). If it was with a stranger, or something substantial, I'd like to think I'd ask for more than a handshake.

Regardless of what unemployment figures are quoted to me, I'm a firm believer that if you want to work, there is a job out there for you. Is there any job that you just couldn't do? (Excluding things that you need a very specific training for)

quite a few.... laugh
(sheltered and faint of heart...wink)

first one that comes to mind is...
the person that has to clean up at the back and in the booths of XXX shops...ewwww
(i met a person from my apartment bldg that had the job of working in the front of the shop and she told me of the other job. for several years, she worked the front counter, telling her mom (in another province)that she worked for hallmark cards..
then....
she got the letter that her mom was coming to visit vancouver.....laugh (at which time she quit her job.)

Q: we've often heard...it's the journey, not the destination.
sooo....

be honest (grin) when traveling by vehicle, do you make lots of stops along the way to check things out, or are you an A to B driver wanting to do your exploring once you're at your destination and limit stops to fuel or rest stops ?

False. It may be beneficial in the prevention of cancer,....but once cancer has formed asparagus does little in the fight. The determination of cancer is in a large part genetic. Cancer is basically cellular neoplasm,....a person can do a lot to not aggravate genetic pre-disposition,....but in the end,....something will take you out of the "game of life".

Can you canoe white-water?
