Anything in moderation is grand but if you are a heavy on it for a long period of time , , you basically become withdrawn trying to analyse the world in a irrational way .Moderation is the key you don't want to be getting your weekly injection at your local district hospital with fraught dripping from your mouth lol overweight walking with head looking at your feet pure paronia , its not cool then to brag about pot .

As it says, all other stories were held back compared to this one. I've also read myself that in the 60's/70's in California when they introduced police codes to their radio transmissions (basically using coded numbers instead of just spelling out what's happening) 4-20 was the code for underage drug use (ie: smoking pot) - this was what I had always heard and when I went hunting for the backup for this, as the legend says - the reasoning in that link is the only info I was spotting.
