Thats True ,Here in Sindh Some smart older women can see and Recongnise the Pregnancy even they can tell that the pregnant women has a Girl or Boy

I certainly can't unless that information is shared with me. 
But some women cannot help but exude happiness and serenity when pregnant and that is discernible. Though others of course, may be far too miserable with all the accompanying discomfort of pregnancy to be anything but glum....

Pregnancy in the early stages can often be blighted with severe morning sickness and that is one of the first indicators. As for me, and many other women, I was fortunate enough not to have suffered with it, and my belly didn't show much until around 5 months into the pregnancy so nobody would have guessed unless I'd told them.
I was very young when I had my children, 20 and 21 years old, and perhaps because of that I did not have any problems such as excess weight gain, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, hair thinning, tooth loss, etc, which some mums to be have to contend with. With all of those hormonal changes going on I agree with Glat, pregnant women do not "bloom!" in most cases. They may be extremely happy though which will obviously shine through.

It isnt one thats possible to explain MD. I have often known that a work colleague was pregnant before being told, I honestly cant say what it is though.

I knew of a woman who had no idea that was pregnant until she gave birth.

my Grandmother had the uncanny ability to know Women were pregnant way before it showed!And once it showed she could most of the time tell whether it would be a Boy or a Girl!
Don't ask me how she knew,she probably didn't know herself!

Of course it's true. I know a woman who is a doctor, she gets them to pee into a container then dips this thingy into the pee and if it turns blue then the woman is pregnant. Long before any bump!
