Does it really matter? What matters is the condition of the car, the PC, etc. Because of the very cheap car services here 85% drive not new but used over 7 years cars.

hahah... I guess its lucky the dials never touch each other... otherwise.. apart from each giving each other a 'hand' to move along.. they would be slapping some sort of order into each other..
I don't know... I give up..
all I know is that each one knows how to count to sixty.. and then they move along.. except the dumb hour hand... it only counts to 12..
