henonpause: Men love the chase - the hunt; it's hard-wired into them. It's instinctual, always wanting that which is just ever so slightly out of reach. But when is the chase officially over? And what happens next?

Well if they want to they stay and if not they go chase another until they don't want to chase any other, and me personally If he wants to run I let him, because one day I will meet the guy that wants to hang up his running shoes and I will want to hang mine up beside his.

stanley8m: It is kind of like a dog chasing a car, great fun watching and chasing after it. BUT when the car parks up, and the dog can go there anytime he wants, he just sniffs around the car a bit, gets bored and looks for another one to chase after.

Yes and when you catch your prey and its another notch on the wall or wherever you go hunt again,...yes in this technology of today and growing more rapid somethings stay the same, ...same with women some dont give in to be being caught then the chaser give up,woman starts with another chaser, man goes after another prey, I'm just being animalistic here but that's what it boils down to,..and yes we do give into the chase at times when we hungry.grin

I reckon the chaser dictates the rules and consequently decides when the chase is over.....unless the prey decides otherwise of course laugh

Lol, perhaps I should change the metaphor to fishing, and us girls should practice the "catch-and-release" philosophy - in the cause of preserving nature, of course...angel
