Bspoken4: Why? You worried about getting some Machiavellian Oxford book pitched in your direction?
Or being labelled a "Baby Boomer"
J/K..I had a close look at the South African contingent in the band; Rumples would need to tan toil for a decade under the hot African sun to achieve that complexion!
Not he Machiavellian Oxford book?!! laugh

Hiya BSpoken. hug

I did the same thing when I visited Ireland. I'd walk out to the car and wait for her to unlock the doors, and wait and wait....until I would finally look and she's be smirking at me, waiting for me to go around to the other side of the car. laugh

i did the same thing in Peru as well, it was a large tourist bus (night bus...) with a customs check, so after i had my bags checked....i tried to enter into where the side driver was sitting...Kinda embarrassing but
habits are hard to break ..laugh wave

I have no problem driving on the right, soon get into the flow, but I find being a pedestrian in such countries takes much more getting used to...uh oh

So true.
I'm in a new flat and the refrigerator door opens from the opposite side of any other one I've ever used. I am making myself crazy always trying to open it from the wrong side.

Ours opens from Left to the right ..but when my uncle broke his fridge door (i dont know how..) he could only put it back on the other, and its so bizarre the other way !

On most fridges you can hang the door to open either way, check it out.

You stop making yourself crazy KB

Look at the door handle

Move your eyes down the handle to the bottom of it

Now move your eyes laterally across the front of the fridge and you should see a little bump

That bump is a plug in a hole which enables you to move the handle to the other side of the fridge

If it's a huge fridge the door might be too heavy for you to move

Once you move the handle to the other side you will no longer be the crazy lady in apartment -------laugh

Good luck

I don't have a handle. It's a groove on the side of the door.

But I did look and the big bottom door is hinged to the freezer door and the contraption that is bolted into the frame does look like it can be moved to the other side.

Thank you very smart and wise ones! applause
